Spicy Roasted Chickpeas

Garbanzo beans (or chickpeas) are probably my favorite type of bean because of how versatile they are. Throw them in a salad raw, blend them up for a tasty dip, add them to soups for some extra protein, or roast them and turn them into a crunchy snack. Whip these up for something healthy, quick, and crowd-pleasing!

Preheat your oven to 425° F

  • 1 container (16oz) chickpeas – drained, rinsed, and patted dry
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp coriander
  • small pinch (or more, if you like) cayenne pepper
  • salt and pepper to taste

Toss the chickpeas in your olive oil and spice mixture. Spread the chickpeas on a baking sheet in an even layer. Bake them for 20 minutes, or until they’re nice and crispy. Let them cool before snacking!

    You know india is curry nation,here we use lot of chickpeas in making curry with potatoes. Billed chickpeas goes well with cucumber and onion salads.we make these chickpeas powder to make batter for fritters.
